About some questions of currency control connected with cancellation of obligatory sale of foreign currency

Based on the paragraph of the ninth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus and in pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2018 "About cancellation of obligatory sale of foreign currency" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 301

1. Determine that open for accounting of means of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who are residents of the Republic of Belarus in foreign currency when implementing by them of the transactions connected with obligatory sale of foreign currency in the domestic foreign exchange market and also other transactions, stipulated by the legislation, special transit accounts and special accounts for accumulation of means in foreign currency for debt repayment in foreign currency function before complete use of the foreign currency cash which is on them and further are subject to closing.

Arriving for benefit of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur who are residents of the Republic of Belarus, foreign currency cash is subject to transfer, passing special transit accounts, on their current (settlement) bank accounts or other accounts in the cases established by legal acts.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and separate structural elements of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus according to the list according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
