About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2016-2018"

2) costs - 7 920 789 229 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting - 112 155 814 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits - 205 246 481 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits - 93 090 667 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 138 148 303 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets - 140 798 303 thousand tenges;

sales proceeds of financial assets of the state - 2 650 000 thousand tenges;

5) budget deficit - 902 686 115 thousand tenges, or percent 2,0 to country gross domestic product;

6) budget deficit financing - 902 686 115 thousand tenges.

Article 2. Provide in the republican budget for 2016 of receipt of the rents for use of the Russian Federation of the Baikonur complex in the amount 38 090 438 thousand tenges and proving grounds in the amount of 7 472 520 thousand tenges.";

"6-1) on subsidizing of interest rate for credit and leasing obligations within the direction on financial improvement of subjects of agro-industrial complex;

7-2) on ensuring compensation of losses of local budgets;";

10) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"10) approbation of per capita financing of the organizations of secondary education;";

add with subitems 29-1) and 29-2) of the following content:

"29-1) on content of the number of staff of the local executive bodies exercising control of safe operation of dangerous technical devices of objects of housing and communal services;

29-2) on seizure of land for the state needs;";

30) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"30) subsidizing of cost of services in supply of drinking water from especially important group and local water supply systems which are uncontested sources of drinking water supply;";

To add 4) with Article 16-1 of the following content:

"Article 16-1. Provide in the republican budget for 2016 within expenses of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan means in the amount of 20 900 000 thousand tenges for transfer to "Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" joint-stock company on payment of compensations for deposits to housing construction savings at the expense of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

Article 20 to exclude 5);
