About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles

1. In the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877 (further - TR CU 018/2011), to make the following changes:

a) in appendix No. 1 to TR CU 018/2011:

descriptions of the objects of technical regulation established by Items 4, 7 - 17, 28, 38, 74 - 77, 82, 85 - 91, 96 - 103, 105, 106, 108, 110, 112, to add the 115 and 116 tables 4 of appendix No. 1 to TR CU 018/2011, with symbol "*";

after table 4 to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"* - till July 1, 2017 production and release into the stream of commerce in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the specified products without documents on obligatory assessment of conformity and not marked are allowed by national mark of conformity (market access mark).".

b) to make changes according to appendix to appendix No. 2 to TR CU 018/2011.

2. To the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union from the date of entry into force of this Decision to provide control (supervision) by authorized bodies of the released products according to the procedure, established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
