About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of guarantees of observance of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In paragraph nine of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the place of residence in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 15, Art. 232; 2013, No. 30, Art. 343, No. 51, Art. 716; 2014, No. 43, Art. 2037; 2015, 1, the Art. 1) the words "certificate of registration of the internally displaced person" to exclude No.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 1, the Art. 1, No. 11, the Art. 75, No. 21, the Art. 140):

Paragraph one of part one of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.
