According to the Item "g" of Article 15 and Article 19 of the Land code of Ukraine, the Item "g" of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management", to the thirty second the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197, and for the purpose of enhancement of accounting of lands on their purpose in the State land cadastre I order to the paragraph:
1. Approve Changes in the Classification of types of purpose of lands approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of July 23, 2010 No. 548, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 1, 2010 on No. 1011/18306, which are applied.
2. To department of town planning, architecture and layout of the territories (Belous S. Ya.) and to Department of normative legal regulation (Vernigor Yu. Yu.) together with Public service of Ukraine concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory (Martynyuk M. P.) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
