1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for use of forms of leaves of disability approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2012 No. 1 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 15, 8/24802), changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows it it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2016.
