About modification of the Law of Turkmenistan "About Majlis of Turkmenistan"

I. Part the second Article 34 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About Majlis of Turkmenistan", adopted on January 9, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 1, Art. 15; 2013, No. 4, to the Art. 92) to state in the following edition:

"In case of appointment or election of the deputy to one of the specified positions its deputy powers are considered stopped from now on and concerning him the resolution according to part four of article 33 of this Law is accepted by Majlis.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
