About modification of item 4 of the Procedure for confirmation for import to Ukraine of seeds and landing material of plant varieties for selection, research works and exhibiting
According to articles 7 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About seeds and landing material" and for the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of receipt of confirmation for import to Ukraine of seeds and landing material of plant varieties for selection, research works and exhibiting I order:
1. Make change to item 4 of the Procedure for confirmation for import to Ukraine of seeds and landing material of plant varieties for selection, research works and the exhibiting approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of February 20, 2013 No. 116, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 13, 2013 in case of No. 399/22931 (with changes), having stated it in the following edition:
"4. The amount of samples of the seeds and landing material of plant variety imported for selection, research works and exhibiting within one calendar year shall not exceed thirtyfold amount of landing material of the grade provided for carrying out one year of field surveys on qualification examination of plant varieties on suitability to distribution in Ukraine.
