1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for inventory count of production wastes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 2008 No. 17 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 70, 8/18401; 2012, No. 7, 8/24629), following changes:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "it is developed according to Item 2 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2007 " about the address with waste " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 183, 2/1368) and";
state Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:
"2. For the purposes of this Instruction terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2007 "About the address with waste" are applied (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 183, 2/1368), and also the following terms and their determinations:
inventory count of production wastes (further - inventory count) - activities for determination of quantitative and qualitative indexes of production wastes for the purpose of accounting of waste and establishment of standard rates of their education;
