About approval of Changes to Regulations on functioning of stock exchanges

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on functioning of stock exchanges approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 22, 2012 No. 1688, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2012 for No. 2082/22394 (with changes) (further - Changes) which are applied.

2. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except the subitem 4 of Item 1 and subitems 2, 3 items 4 of Changes which become effective since January 01, 2016.

3. To stock exchange to bring the activities into accord with requirements of these changes within three months from the effective date of this decision.
