1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2015 No. 78 "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10342, published in information system of law of Ad_let of March 6, 2015) the following change:
in the Regulations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
state Item 82 in the following edition:
"82. The drafts of legal acts developed by structural divisions of the Ministry according to requirements of Item 19-1 No. 840 of Rules are sent for approval in Department of the legislation and departments of justice of areas and cities of Astana and Almaty in 1 month prior to the term of their provision in the Ministry established by the Plan of bill works of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
