1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 2015 No. 78 "About approval of Regulations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10342, published in information system of law of Ad_let of March 6, 2015) the following changes:
in the Regulations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
state Item 81 in the following edition:
"81. The structural division which developed the project sends it for approval in the relevant structural divisions of the Ministry.
The project of regulatory legal act which is developed in implementation of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also other ratified international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning economic integration, is approved with Department of examination of projects on economic integration.
The term of consideration of the Ministry of projects by structural divisions constitutes no more than 10 working days. Terms of consideration can be reduced according to orders of Presidential Administration, Prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan and management of the Ministry.
