About modification of Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of recognition of person the disabled person approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2006 No. 95 "About procedure and conditions of recognition of person by the disabled person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 9, Art. 1018; 2008, No. 15, Art. 1554; 2010, No. 2, Art. 184; 2012, No. 7, Art. 870; No. 17, Art. 1992; No. 37, Art. 5002).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016, except for the paragraph of the third subitem "b" of Item 3, of Item 4, of paragraph two of the subitem "an" of Item 5, of Item 6, of the subitem "an" of Item 7, of Items 8 - 10, Items 11 (in the part concerning the medical organizations) and 13 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of its official publication.
