According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 14, 2015 No. UP-4715 "About Additional Measures for Further Strengthening of Social Protection and Material Support of the Senior Generation" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 10, 2015 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 8, 2011 No. 252 "About approval of the regulatory legal acts directed to further enhancement of procedure for appointment and payment of national pensions" (The presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 14, 2015 No. UP-4715 "About Additional Measures for Further Strengthening of Social Protection and Material Support of the Senior Generation") I order to No. 153:

1. Make changes to the Instruction about procedure for the organization of pension payment, benefits and other payments by the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 30, 2015 No. 6 (рег. No. 2657 of March 5, 2015) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2015, No. 9, the Art. 105), according to appendix.

2. This Order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the Instruction about procedure for the organization of pension payment, benefits and other payments by the off-budget Pension fund under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. State Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. The payment method of pension and benefit to unemployed person is determined based on its Statement by form according to appendix 3 to this Instruction.

Pensions and benefits are paid to unemployed persons in the place of their permanent registration. In the presence at person only of temporary registration (accounting in the place of stay in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region) pension and benefit is paid during effective period of temporary registration (accounting in the place of stay in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region). To the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship who is constantly living in the Republic of Uzbekistan, pension and benefit is paid during effective period of the residence permit.

In case of break availability between the termination of effective period of temporary registration (accounting in the place of stay in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region) or the residence permit and following date of temporary registration (accounting in the place of stay in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region) or the residence permit pension payment continues department of the Pension fund from new date of temporary registration (accounting in the place of stay in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region) or the residence permit. At the same time pension payment continues since then from which it was suspended, but no more than in twelve months.".

2. State appendix 10 in edition according to appendix to these changes.

3. In appendix 11 of the word "receivers of 18% of minimum wage" shall be replaced with words "receivers of 25% of minimum wage"
