About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs two and the fifth article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 "About precious metals and gemstones" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2013 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction for making of banking activities by banks with precious metals approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2012 No. 368 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.11.2012, 8/26567), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 2:
in part one:
to exclude the paragraph of the eighth;
the ninth or sixteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eighth or fifteenth;
to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:
"measuring ingots of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus - measuring ingots weighing from 1 to 1000 grams inclusive (test 999, - - for gold and silver, test is not lower than 999,5 - for platinum and palladium) with availability on such ingots of the name of precious metal, the trademark of manufacturing plant and (or) abbreviation of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (further - National Bank), number (code), test and weight in ingot ligature.
