the state organizations subordinated to Mininform according to the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - the subordinate organizations);
economic societies, shares (shares in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and the Ministries of information, according to appendix are transferred to the control (further - the organizations which are a part of the system Mininform).";
