About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About mass media"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2008 "About mass media" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 196, 2/1524) the following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 1:

add Article with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Broadcasting of TV or radio program - distribution by the legal entity to which functions of editorial office of mass media, or the foreign organization of TV or radio program independently or with use in the procedure for networks of telecommunication of the operator of telecommunication established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus are assigned.";
