1. Criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of technogenic and fire safety is estimated are:
1) implementation of such activities on:
potentially dangerous objects, objects of the increased danger, and also on the objects having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state according to the list approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2015 No. 83 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 20, the Art. 555);
