About modification and amendments in the Procedure for creation of the customs control zone
According to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the State Customs Service" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Procedure for creation of the customs control zone approved by the State Customs Committee on July 31, 1998 (рег. No. 470 of August 8, 1998), according to appendix.
2. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

to the Resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 19, 2015 No. 01-02/12-22
1. Chapter 1 in paragraph one after words of Republic of Uzbekistan to add with the words "created by customs authority".
2. In Chapter 2:
a) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"Customs control zones are created by the order of the chief of territorial administration of the State Customs Committee (specialized customs complex) or person replacing it in which region of activities there is created customs control zone.";
b) add with paragraphs of the following content:
