In Item 14 of Rules of rendering the services of data transmission network, including the Internet approved by the order of the CEO of the Uzbek communication agency and informatization of August 25, 2004 No. 285 (рег. No. 1417 of October 5, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, Art. No. 40-41, 441), the words "State Committee of Communication, Informatization and Telecommunication Technologies" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of information technologies and communications".
2. This order is approved with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition.
3. This Order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
