About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 446
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 446 "About approval of the Procedure for customs clearance of the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine and subjects of obligatory certification in Ukraine, and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 35, Art. 1171; 2009, No. 38, Art. 1280, No. 59, Art. 2077; 2011, No. 44, the Art. 1789, No. 61 of the Art. 2439) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its official publication.
