1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2014 No. 859 "About approval of Rules of write-off and utilization (destruction) of material values of the state material reserve" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 48, the Art. 491):
in Rules of write-off and utilization (destruction) of the material values of the state material reserve approved by the specified resolution:
