About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 22, 2011 No. 3360/5

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 22, 2011 No. 3360/5 "About approval of samples and descriptions of seals of the state registrar of the rights to real estate", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 2011 on No. 1332/20070 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in item 4:

to state paragraphs of the first, second in the following edition:

"4. To department of state registration, Administrative department:

within three days from the date of entry into force of the order to provide production of number seals of the state registrars of the rights to real estate of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.";

2) to add the order after Item 5 with new Item 6 of the following content:

"6. To provide to chiefs of the head territorial administrations of justice in areas and the city of Kiev production and control of use of number seals of the state registrars of the rights to real estate.".
