About approval of samples and descriptions of seals of the state registrar of the rights to real estate

According to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Sample of personalized seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate;

2) Description of personalized seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate;

3) Sample of number seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate;

4) Description of number seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate.

2. To chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide production of number seals of the state registrars of the rights to real estate in process of appointment of officials who according to the office powers assigned to them perform functions of the state registrar of the rights to real estate.

3. To chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol:

provide production of personalized seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate to notaries public till January 1, 2013;

provide control over the implementation of Item 5 of this order, and also preserving in head departments of justice in process of production of personalized seals of the state registrar of the rights to real estate of prints of personalized seals of the sample approved by this order.

4. To department of state registration, Administrative department:

within three days from the date of entry into force of the order to provide production of number seals of the state registrars of the rights to real estate of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

provide control over the implementation of Item 5 of this order, and also preserving in process of production of personalized seals of the state registrar of the rights to real estate of prints of personalized seals of the sample approved by this order.

5. To private notaries to make in accordance with the established procedure personalized seals of the state registrar of the rights to real estate till January 1, 2013.

6. To provide to chiefs of the head territorial administrations of justice in areas and the city of Kiev production and control of use of number seals of the state registrars of the rights to real estate.

7. To department of interaction with authorities (Zerkal O. V.) to provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

8. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of interaction with authorities Zerkal O. V.

9. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Description of personalized seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate

The personalized seal of the state registrar of the rights to real estate (further - the state registrar) has the form of the correct circle with a diameter of 45 mm, edges of seal are framed with side 2 mm thick.

On external circle of personalized seal from left to right by center method take place:

in the upper line - text "The state registrar of the rights to real estate";
