About modification and recognition voided some legal acts of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About militia" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 4, Art. 20; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 11, Art. 83; 2008, No. No. 5-8, of Art. 28; 2014, Art. No. 20-21, 745):

Part the seventh Article 22 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Determine that the privileges provided by parts four, the fifth and sixth this Article are provided under condition if the size of average monthly comprehensive income of family counting on one person for the last six months does not exceed the size of the income which grants the right to tax social benefit, according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

Part the fifth Article 23 to state 2) in the following edition:

"For children of the employee of militia, the dead or the dead in connection with accomplishment of service duties, before achievement of age of majority by them, and also for disabled family members, being in its dependence, the right to privileges on payment of housing, utilities, fuel provided that the size of average monthly comprehensive income of family counting on one person for the last six months does not exceed the size of the income which grants the right to tax social benefit according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine remains".

2. In article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of the territory which underwent to radioactive pollution owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR, 1991, No. 16, Art. 198; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 13 of Art. 177; 2014, No. 22, Art. 816):

3. In article 50-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About prosecutor's office" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, No. 53, Art. 793 with subsequent changes):

in parts two and the fifth figure "70" to replace with figures "60";

in word part eleven "making of the corruption offense connected with violation of the restrictions provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" shall be replaced with words "administrative prosecution for making of the offense connected with corruption";

the fourteenth to state part in the following edition:

"For pensioners and members of their families privileges and guarantees of social protection provided by this Law and other laws except the privileges established by paragraph one of part three of article 49 of this Law remain. The pensioners and members of their families living together with them have also the right to medical attendance in those medical institutions in which they stayed on the registry to retirement of the prosecutor";

the eighteenth to state part in the following edition:

"Conditions and procedure for recalculation of the granted pensions to prosecutors are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

4. In the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 13, Art. 178 with subsequent changes):

Article 2 to exclude 1);

Item 2 parts one of Article 21 to exclude 2);

3) in Article 22:

to exclude Items 2 and 13 of part one;

add with part three of the following content:

"Determine that privileges, stipulated in Item 1 parts one and part two of this Article regarding the privileges provided by Items 1, of 2, of the 11th Article 20, Item 14 parts one of this Article are provided under condition if the size of average monthly comprehensive income of family counting on one person for the last six months does not exceed the size of the income which grants the right to tax social benefit according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

Article 23 to exclude 4);

5) in Article 24:

words and figures "and Item 2 of Article 23" to exclude;

add with part two of the following content:

"Determine that privileges, stipulated in Item 1 Articles 20, are provided under condition if the size of average monthly comprehensive income of family counting on one person for the last six months does not exceed the size of the income which grants the right to tax social benefit according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";

6) in Article 30:

in part one:

1, of 3, of 5, of 6, of 8, 12 to exclude Items;

in Item 10 to exclude paragraph two;

add with part seven of the following content:
