According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 26, 2013 the No. UP-4521 Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Service of homeland security of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Make changes and addition to Regulations on procedure for write-off from accounting of comers in unusable (limiting) condition or lost material and money, accounting of losses of appliances and the reporting under them in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Service of homeland security of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 12, 2006 No. No. 7, of 2, 1/4-529, 46 (рег. No. 1592 of July 5, 2006) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2006, Art. No. 27 256), according to appendix.
2. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Appendix

c) to exclude from the paragraph of the thirteenth word "and to the conclusion of specialists of department of the state technical supervision".
4. The first offer of the paragraph of third Item 21 to state in the following edition:
