About entering of amendments and changes into decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus

Bring in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28 "About state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 143, 1/4234; 2004, No. 27, 1/5326; No. 179, 1/5999; 2007, No. 251, 1/9033; 2008, No. 55, 1/9513; No. 183, 1/9904; 2009, No. 235, 1/10988; 2012, No. 25, 1/13344; No. 38, 1/13405; No. 46, 1/13441) following amendments and changes:
1.1. in Item 1-1:
after paragraph one to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"excise stamp of the Republic of Belarus (further - excise stamp) - the document with certain degree of protection intended for marking of the tobacco products made in the Republic of Belarus or imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;";
the second or eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the third or twelfth;
word in paragraph five "container (packaging)" to replace with the word "packaging";
the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the organization - the customer of tobacco products - the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus - the owner of the trademark (trademarks) or the legal entity of the Republic of Belarus having the right to use the trademark (trademarks) placing with the organization - the tobacco product manufacturer orders for production of such products under this trademark (these trademarks) and the acquiring property right, economic maintaining or operational management on the made tobacco products;";
the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"special brand - the document with certain degree of protection intended for marking of the tobacco products turned into the income of the state;";
add Item with the paragraph the thirteenth the following content:
