 For the purpose of strengthening of the state control of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products, production, turnover and use of electronic systems of smoking, liquids for electronic systems of smoking, systems for consumption of tobacco, creation of conditions for protection of public health, protection of economic interests of the state and according to part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products, productions, turnover and use of electronic systems of smoking, liquids for electronic systems of smoking, systems for consumption of tobacco it (is applied).

advertizing of liquids for electronic systems of smoking, except for the advertizing posted on the websites of their producers and importers in national segment of the global computer Internet;

rendering the free (sponsor's) aid in type of tobacco products, electronic systems of smoking, liquids for electronic systems of smoking, systems for tobacco consumption;

2.2. control is exercised for:

compliance with law, regulating production and turnover of tobacco products, turnover of tobacco raw materials, - the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, inspectorates of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection for areas, Minsk, areas, the cities and areas in the cities;
