1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2009 No. 86 "About some questions of compensation of employees of organizations of education" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 29, 5/29192; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.08.2014, 5/39311):
the paragraph one after the words "on district (city, regional) level" to add with words ", the organizations of health care and the organizations rendering social services";
to add paragraph two after words of "qualification category" with words "(except the pedagogical workers holding positions which qualification characteristics do not provide intra official qualification categorization)";
the fifth after words "(production manager)" to add the paragraph with words ", the catering manager";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 23, 2014 No. 818 "About some questions of pay increase of work to separate employee categories of education system" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.08.2014, 5/39311):
