About compensation of employees of state-financed organizations
In pursuance of subitem 16.1 of Item 16 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2019 "About compensation of employees of state-financed organizations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 27
1. Establish for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations:
scale of charges according to appendix 1.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection till June 1, 2019 to determine payment terms of work of the employees of state bodies who are not government employees and military personnel, the staff (workers) of paramilitary organizations having special ranks, except for the workers performing ensuring activities and maintenance of state bodies, and employees of Department on humanitarian activities of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, not being government employees.
4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 3 - from the date of official publication of this resolution;
other provisions of this resolution - since January 1, 2020.
