The state supervision of telecommunication in the Republic of Belarus is exercised according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About telecommunication", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2009 No. 510 "About enhancement of control (supervising) activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 253, 1/11062) and other acts of the legislation.
4. The main objective of the state supervision of telecommunication is supervision for:
observance of procedure for use of radio-frequency range;
observance of order of registration and operation of radio-electronic means and (or) high-frequency devices;
legitimacy of connection of means of telecommunication of legal entities and physical persons to network of telecommunication public;
