Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1209 of November 8, 2007. "About provision of services of public catering" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 180-183, 1281), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Resolution:

in introductory part the text "The law on domestic trade No. 749-XIII of February 23, 1996 (1996, No. 31, the Art. 318)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "The law on domestic trade No. 231 of September 23, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 206-209, 68)";

in Item 1 third to exclude the paragraph;

in Item 6 of the word "and trade" to exclude;

2) in appendix No. 1:

in Item 2 of the word "trade item, type and category" shall be replaced with words "and type of catering establishment";

in item 4 of the word "and on category according to appendix No. 3 to this resolution" to exclude;
