About modification of the Regulations on procedure for liquidation of banks
According to the Civil code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "About joint-stock companies and protection of shareholder rights" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for liquidation of banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 9, 1998 No. 240 (рег. No. 626 of February 11, 1999), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
