About establishment of rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of parts of gas turbines

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of parts of the gas turbines classified by the FEACN CU code 8411 99 001 9 in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from 02.09.2014 till 01.09.2014 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with the FEACN CU code 8411 99 001 9 in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "30C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 30C of the following content:

"30C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 02.09.2014 till 01.09.2016 inclusive.".

3. This Decision becomes effective since September 2, 2014.
