About the State protocol

The state protocol of Turkmenistan is the instrument of realization in practice of the fundamental principles of relations of the President of Turkmenistan with other states on behalf of heads of states, heads of governments, Ministers of Foreign Affairs, parliamentary delegations, special envoys, ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary, with the international organizations, their representatives on behalf of heads.
