Based on part four of article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 1992 No. 1914-XII "About conscription and military service", subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2006 No. 719, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for the organization and carrying out selection of citizens of the Republic of Belarus for revenues and acceptance to military service under the contract in Armed Forces and transport troops it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 No. 83 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for reception of citizens of the Republic of Belarus on military service under the contract in Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 2, 8/19910).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
