1. Approve the enclosed list of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning provision of pensions to which changes are made (further - the List).

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since January 1, 2014, except for Item 1 of the List which extends to the relations which arose since October 1, 2013.
