1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the publication by the single accumulation pension fund of data on structure of investment portfolio of the single accumulation pension fund at the expense of pension assets, information on managing directors of investment portfolio in mass media.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since August 22, 2013.

Rules of the publication the single accumulation pension fund of data on structure of investment portfolio of the single accumulation pension fund at the expense of pension assets, information on managing directors of investment portfolio in mass media

1. These rules of the publication the single accumulation pension fund of data on structure of investment portfolio of the single accumulation pension fund at the expense of pension assets, information on managing directors of investment portfolio, in mass media (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2013 "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law) and determine procedure and terms of the publication the single accumulation pension fund of data on structure of investment portfolio of the single accumulation pension fund at the expense of pension assets, including at the expense of the pension assets which are in trust management of managing directors of investment portfolio, information on managing directors of investment portfolio, the list of managing directors of investment portfolio with which the single accumulation pension fund signs contracts on trust management of pension assets, in mass media.

2. The single accumulation pension fund publishes in mass media of the data on structure of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets in the state and Russian languages with indication of the name, quantity, nominal value of financial instruments, and also percentage ratio of the amount of investments into these financial instruments to investment portfolio of the single accumulation pension fund, in form according to appendix to Rules.

3. For the publication of data on structure of investment portfolio at the expense of pension assets the single accumulation pension fund uses mass media, including own Internet resource conforming to requirements, stipulated in Item 4 Rules.

4. The server of Internet resource of the single accumulation pension fund used for placement of data on structure of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets is connected to the Internet on communication channel with handling capacity at least 20 Mbit/sec. Time of loading of any page of Internet resource by the Internet user using for connection to the Internet communication channel with speed of data transmission of 128 Kbit/sec constitutes no more than 10 seconds depending on filling of the page graphics and other elements.

On Internet resource date and time of placement of information are specified, and also their permanent storage is provided.

5. Data on structure of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets of the single accumulation pension fund are published (are placed) in mass media monthly in time no later than the last date following month under report.

Data on structure of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets of the single accumulation pension fund are published (are placed) separately concerning the investment portfolio built at the expense of the pension assets of the single accumulation pension fund which are in trust management of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and concerning the investment portfolio built at the expense of the pension assets of the single accumulation pension fund which are in trust management of the managing director of investment portfolio.

6. Data in data on structure of the investment portfolio built at the expense of pension assets of the single accumulation pension fund are specified in national currency - tenge at the rate of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan the corresponding reporting date.

7. The single accumulation pension fund places on the Internet resource the list of managing directors of investment portfolio with whom the single accumulation pension fund signs contracts on trust management of pension assets (further - the list of managing directors), including the following data:

1) name of the managing director of investment portfolio;

2) location, numbers of contact telephone numbers, e-mail address and domain of Internet resource of the managing director of investment portfolio;

3) date and number of the conclusion between the single accumulation pension fund and managing investment portfolio of the agreement on trust management of pension assets;

4) the name of the custodian performing storage and accounting of the pension assets transferred to the managing director of investment portfolio;

The single accumulation pension fund includes the information about the managing director of investment portfolio in the list of managing directors placed on Internet resource of the single accumulation pension fund within 1 (one) working day after the conclusion with managing investment portfolio of the agreement on trust management of pension assets.

In case of agreement cancelation about trust management of pension assets, concluded between the single accumulation pension fund and managing investment portfolio, the information about the managing director of investment portfolio is subject to exception of the list of managing directors within 1 (one) working day after its termination.
