About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (2) article 3-2 of the Law on identification documents of national passport system No. 273-XIII of November 9, 1994 (1995, No. 9, Art. 89), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item n-2) of the following content:
"n-2) to vice-chairmen and members of the Plenum of Competition council;".
Art. II. - In the Join-stock companies law No. 1134-XIII of April 2, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 1-4, 1), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Item b) parts (Article 10 of the word "The National Agency on Protection of the Competition Did Not Prove" shall be replaced with words 9) "The competition council did not prove".
2. In Item b) parts (Article 29 of the word to "National agency on protection of the competition" shall be replaced with words 1) to "Competition council".
Art. III. - In the Law on advertizing No. 1227-XIII of June 27, 1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 67-68, 555), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. State Article 27 in the following edition:
"Article 27. Submission of information to Competition council
Subjects of advertizing activities shall submit upon the demand of Competition council at the scheduled time authentic documents, oral or written explanations, video and sound recordings, and also other information necessary for Competition council for implementation of the powers provided in Article 28.".
2. In Article 28:
the name of Article and part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 28. Powers of Competition council
(1) the Competition council exercises within the competence the state control of compliance with law about advertizing and has the following powers:
