1. Part third of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for test and the storage of declarations on the income and property approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 952 "About some questions of declaring of the income and property by government employees and other categories of persons" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 124, 5/22662; 2011, No. 98, 5/34355; No. 143, 5/34956; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.08.2012, 5/36158; 02:04. 2013, 5/37060), after words of "Investigative Committee", to "Investigative Committee", and "Investigative Committee" to add respectively with words of "The state committee of judicial examinations", "To the state committee of judicial examinations," and "The state committee of judicial examinations,".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
