About declaring of the income and property

Based on Item part one 6, of Items 22 and 30 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and verification of information about candidates for the positions included in personnel registers and to the state positions, parts one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for declaring of the income and property approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2022 No. 66, of Article part one 33, of part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2015 No. 305-Z "About fight against corruption" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: 

1. Determine that:

persons obliged according to Articles 29, 30 and 32 Laws of the Republic of Belarus "About fight against corruption" to represent declarations on the income and property, represent the declaration on the income and property in form according to appendix 1;

persons obliged according to parts one and third article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About fight against corruption" to represent declarations on the income and property, their spouse (spouse), minor children including adopted (adopted), and also full age close relatives, together with them living and conducting general economy, annually represent the declaration on the income and property in form according to appendix 2;

persons holding the highest state positions of the Republic of Belarus, other positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, their spouse (spouse), minor children including adopted (adopted), and also full age close relatives, together with them living and conducting general economy, represent the declaration on the income and property in form according to appendix 3.

1-1. Candidates for positions * represent the declaration on the income and property in the form provided for position to which the candidate is picked up if other is not established by part two of this Item.

Candidates for the positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, their spouse (spouse), minor children including adopted (adopted), and also full age close relatives, together with them living and conducting general economy, represent the declaration on the income and property in form according to appendix 3.

* For the purposes of this resolution candidates for positions are understood as candidates for the positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, state bodies, subordinate (accountable) to the President of the Republic of Belarus, republican state bodies, regional, Minsk city, city (the cities of regional subordination), district executive committees, local administrations of areas in the cities, and also to the state positions.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for test and storages of declarations on the income and property it (is applied).

2-1. No. 385 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 15.06.2023
