About some questions of declaring of the income and property by government employees and other categories of persons

The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that persons obliged according to articles 8-10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2003 "About declaring by physical persons of the income and property" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 8, 2/923; 2009, No. 300, 2/1616) and article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About public service in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 70, 2/953) to perform declaring of the income and property, except for candidates for the positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, and also persons holding the positions included in the personnel register of the Head of state of the Republic of Belarus, their spouse (spouses) and full age close relatives, together with them living and conducting general economy, represent the declaration on the income and property in form according to appendix.

The period for which declaring of the income is performed is determined as the calendar year preceding year in which declaring is performed.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for test and storages of declarations on the income and property.

3. In part one of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2003 No. 641 "About some questions of submission by physical persons of declarations on the income and property and of sources of money" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 58, 5/12480; 2006, 35, 5/20157) words to "other state organizations" shall be replaced with words No. to "other organizations in the cases and procedure provided by legal acts".

4. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2005 No. 361 "About some questions of declaring of the income and property by the government employees and other persons authorized on accomplishment of the state functions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 56, 5/15814).

5. To the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution, and also to take other measures directed to its realization.

6. This resolution becomes effective since November 24, 2006, except for Items 3, 5 and this Item, becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

1.
