1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 1999 No. 88 "About the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 32, Art. 339; 2003, No. 40, Art. 417; 2006, No. 23, Art. 229; 2008, No. 20, Art. 182; 2009, No. 3-4, of Art. 7; 2010, No. 2, Art. 12; No. 37, Art. 309; No. 51, Art. 466; 2011, No. 48, Art. 646; 2012, No. 62, Art. 848) following change:
in Regulations on the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
the paragraph one of Item 8 to state in the following edition:
"8. Members of council of Safety on position are: The chairman of the Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chairman of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Director of Service of foreign intelligence of the Republic of Kazakhstan Syrbar, the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
