Based on subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 "About approval of the list of actions technical (technological, testing) nature" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1105

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for holding actions technical (technological, testing) nature on inspection of crops of agricultural plants, inspection and quality evaluation of seed and landing material, inspection of quarantinable objects and the organizations on the address with remedies of plants.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
