About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens", enhancement of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by article 8 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Delegate to the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic of power according to structure of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Bring in the Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 10, 2013 No. 341, the following changes and amendments:
