Article 1

In Item 3 of article 49 of the Federal Law of July 7, 2003 No. 126-FZ "About communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 28, the Art. 2895) words "time zone" shall be replaced with words to "hour zone".

Article 2

In part 8 of article 21 of the Federal Law of June 26, 2008 No. 102-FZ "About ensuring unity of measurements" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 26, Art. 3021; No. 30, the Art. 4590) the words "and in information on parameters of rotation of Earth" shall be replaced with words 2011, ", in information on parameters of rotation of Earth both exact value of Moscow time and calendar date".
