1. In paragraph ten of subitem 6.2 of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for placement, architectural registration and the equipment of objects of roadside service on highways of the general use approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 1326 "About some questions of placement of objects of roadside service" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 222, 5/28333; 2011, No. 35, 5/33480; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.08. 2013, 5/37649), words "on the trunk republican highways with numbering of "M" or "М/Е" shall be replaced with words "on republican highways with numbering of "M", "М/Е" or "Р".
2. To owners of the gas stations located on republican highways with numbering of "M", "М/Е" or "Р" till January 1, 2015 in accordance with the established procedure to equip such gas stations with the stationary shopping facility, the shopping facility of public catering and the parking on two buses at least, five cargo and five cars, the gas stations and gas stations except for automated on sections of republican highways with the numbering "Р" with annual average daily traffic load to 6000 cars a day determined by the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
3. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees to render assistance to owners of gas stations in carrying out the work provided in Item 2 of this resolution.
