1. Make changes to the resolution of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on management of state-owned property of July 8, 2005 No. 01/06-18/03 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision to the investors acquiring not controlling stocks (shares), but bringing the considerable volumes of investment into upgrade and modernization of the companies, the rights of management of the state share without carrying out tender" (рег. No. 1504 of August 5, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 32-33, of the Art. 256).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to the resolution "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Provision to the Investors Acquiring not Controlling Stocks (Shares), but Bringing the Considerable Volumes of Investment into Upgrade and Modernisation of the Companies, the Rights of Management of the State Share without Carrying Out Tender"

1. State preamble in the following edition:

"In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 14, 2005 No. PP-29 "About the Program of privatization and privatization of the companies for 2005-2006" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, Art. No. 10-11, 73) and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 30, 2012 No. 374 "About measures for the organization of activities of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition" (2013, No. 2, the Art. 19) the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition decides collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:".

2. In the Provision:

a) in item 4 the word State Property Committee shall be replaced with words "The center for management of the state assets under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition (further - the Center)";

b) Item in paragraph one 5, paragraph one of Item 7, Items 9, to replace the 10 and 11 word State Property Committee with the word "Center";

c) Item 6 in paragraph one State Property Committee to replace the word with the word "Center";

d) in Item 8 and the name of appendix to the Provision to replace the word of State Property Committee with the word of "Center".
