Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of the treatment of production wastes and consumption regarding lighting devices, electric lamps, inadequate collection which accumulating, use, neutralization, transportation and placement can entail damnification of life, to health of citizens, harm to animals, plants and the environment, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 3, 2010 No. 681 (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 37, by the station 4695).

1. In Item 2:
