Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning gas supply

1. The item 4 Corrected supply of gas in the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 5, 1998 No. 162 (Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 6, Art. 770), to state in the following edition:

"4. Prior to use of gas in fuel quality the buyer shall satisfy specifications on accession to gas-distribution system of the gas-using equipment. Specifications on connection to gas-transport and gas-distribution system are issued respectively by the gas transmission or gas-distributing organization.

The expenses connected with connection of objects of the supplier and buyer of gas to gas-transport system are made at their expense.".
